Takao no Tengu👺 Junmai Ginjo
Takao is Hachioji? But the original brewery is Maihime in Nagano.
Probably not a draft sake, but a fire-brewed sake.
It has a clean ginjo aroma, good acidity, dry and easy to drink, and I think it is best served cold. 🙆♀️
