For my 4th drink, I ordered something I've never had before~!
💁🏻♀️It's a honjozo from Tsuchiya Sake Brewery, famous for Kame no Umi (sea of turtles).
It is a little bit strong in an alcoholic taste, which gives it a "sake" feel, but it was served with an Asian-style potato salad accented with fish sauce (an aggressive appetizer 🤣) and sushi.
