Hikaru is a unified brand with the participation of several breweries in Yamaguchi Prefecture. The specifications are undisclosed, but I think it is a junmai ginjo. It is a well-balanced, easy-drinking sake. The alcohol content is 15 degrees. The label is also attractive.
