What a heartwarming, simple and cute label 😊. According to the owner of the sake store, the illustration on the label was drawn by the wife of the brewer. The brewery's traditional four-stage glutinous rice brewing process, which you don't see very often, is said to have a very mellow and juicy flavor ✨. I have high expectations for this one: ☺️ The aroma is already full of sweet juicy flavor... green apple or ripe melon... at this point I knew it was going to be good ✨. The sweet and juicy taste spreads in your mouth as soon as you take a sip 😆. This is so delicious ✨✨! It's truly a sweet juice 🍶🍶. It exceeded my expectations by a long shot! Glutinous rice four-step brewing is amazing 😋😋! The acidity is very mild and most importantly the rich sweetness is amazing ❗️ If you like sweet sake, you must try this sake 🍶. Highly recommended✨

It looks kind of rare! I bought it at a liquor store near Okachimachi on my way home from visiting a customer's office. Himenoi calm Lactic acid bacteria sake mother Glutinous rice four-stage brewing Flat polished rice A traditional brewery that produces small quantities of sake and seems to be searching for new flavors. Fruity sweetness Sourness accentuates the fruity sweetness. Slightly shwashy. This is delicious 😋 I'll go for it 😝. But when you drink it, you might find it a little too sweet 🤔. Maybe try it on the rocks? This is good 🥳. I'm drinking more and more of it 🥳! I drank too much😝.
