Today was my day off, but I had a full schedule of errands to run from this morning.
After I finished everything, I had a drink by myself in the evening.
This is "YANMA No. 20.
As the description says, this is the 20th brewing.
It is a special junmai sake, unfiltered and unpasteurized.
Personally, I thought it was a sake that could be enjoyed two or three times better warmed or heated than chilled.
It's a little tired even though it's my day off, but it's so soothing to my body.
Let's go back to work tomorrow.
