A bottle purchased at the Hankyu Umeda Brewery Festival Daimon Sake Brewery has a brewery in Katano, Osaka. I tasted this sake at the brewer's festival and liked it the best 😄. It has a consistent soft sweet fullness from the first sip to the last 😊. It is the perfect sake for long autumn nights 🍶.
