It has an herbal aroma like hackberry and a lot of acidity.
It also has a hint of grape.
The taste is sharp and suitable for food stalls at events.
This is a sake made from Miyamanishiki grown by everyone in the project.
Every year in May, after the rice planting event, there is a "Goen Matsuri" at the brewery to enjoy drinking with the project participants and local people, but I couldn't make it this year either. Next year, I want to drink with everyone.
