I found an interesting sake! I found it at a supermarket in Ashibetsu near Hokkaido and bought it without hesitation. It was probably a Hokkaido limited edition sake. I like how they clearly say, "We blend the sake we have in stock! I like the grace with which they tell us that they have it in stock.
I love the fact that it's only 800 yen for a 900 ml bottle. Very cheap. It's cheaper than the 720ml bottle. I wonder if the blend is different.
I thought it would have a rather bland taste, but it was surprisingly refreshing, or rather quite refreshing, in a good way, with no bland taste. I thought, "Wow, I really like it. It can be served cold or warmed up. I want to repeat it, in fact, I want to hoard it! It was great!
