Takatsugu
This is a limited distribution in Toyama that I bought on my trip. It is served with a cup of Masuda Shuzo's Manjusen.
This junmai-shu is made by fermenting Tominoka, a rice suitable for sake brewing, at low temperature for a long period of time, which is grown under contract with Masuda Shuzo Brewery by the Toyama agricultural cooperative Shirahagi.
It is a light, refreshing sake with a gentle, crisp flavor. It has a refreshing taste that goes well with richly flavored snacks.
The recommendation is to drink it cold or lukewarm. You'll want to enjoy it cold or lukewarm.
