Good evening! (^O^) Today is the return of the cold, or rather, it has been warm recently, so when it gets cloudy or snowy, it just feels colder. Well, today we had a party to celebrate the completion of our business partner's renovation, so we had a drinking party (laughs)! Well, let's drink for any appropriate reason! (laughs) Well, let's have a drink for a good reason! (^_^;) The fourth picture shows the drinks we prepared for the occasion. Since we went on a weekday, it was dangerous to open all of them. I think there were about 5 bottles for now. I'll upload them in order! (I will upload them in order! First, Kokka no Kaori, which was left out of the group photo Kamiiki Shuzo, located in Tono City, Iwate Prefecture, is a brewery that produces and sells sake and local beer. This was a gift, but I brought it as a toast because it is sparkling. But when I opened the bottle, it didn't shrivel up...(@_@) What? Could it be? When I poured it into a glass, there were no bubbles. I drank it like "oui oui" and found it was plum wine. It's pink in color, so it feels even more like plum wine. Well, it was a sweet and easy-to-drink sake, but the yeast seemed to have forgotten to ferment, which was a bit disappointing. (^_^;)

Good morning, mamiko! (^o^) It's quite spectacular, isn't it? I was expecting it because it said "secondary fermentation", but it opened normally, so I was like "what? (smiles). Well, it was OK because it looked like ume-shu (plum wine).

Good morning, Haruei Chichi! (^o^) I've always put off getting local sake because I think I can get it anytime I want. So, what you gave me is precious (laughs). Speaking of Tono, doburoku is the most popular sake in Japan.
