Junmai Ginjo Genshu with a rice polishing ratio of 60%.
The sake is fermented slowly at a low temperature and is not heat sterilized at all.
When poured into a glass, the aroma is slightly restrained with a fruity note. When you drink it, you don't get the usual banana feeling unique to Yuki Tsubaki. However, the balance of acidity, sweetness and umami is very good, and it has a fresh feeling and is very juicy.
It's delicious!
