ちーすけ
Purchased when we visited my grandmother-in-law's house for my wife's homebirth.
It seems to be distributed only in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture, because it is a sake that can only be drunk in Fuji City.
Hearing that it was limited, I was a little excited and went to the cashier.
It is a junmai ginjo made from 100% Kinumusume sake produced in Fuji City.
Incidentally, according to my research, it seems that the blend with Yamadanishiki is changed depending on the year, but I have never had it in other years, so I do not know the details.
When you open the bottle, you can smell the mellow aroma of rice, as it is a junmai ginjo. (More of a rice flavor than a fruit flavor).
The sake has a clean aftertaste with no harshness at all, and you can really taste the umami of the rice. It is very delicious!
It goes well with Japanese food. It makes me want to eat simmered dishes.
I paired it with cheese, boiled shako (Japanese chub mackerel), and Shizuoka peanuts.
Thank you very much for the meal.
