We received one half of a sake produced by Ryuji, a food researcher famous for his buzz recipes.
While his partner's black sake has a very sake-like flavor, this one was intended to be a very smooth and easy-to-drink food sake.
They blended several brands, which is rare for sake, but it really tastes like flavored water.
And the taste has a bit of umami that brings out the flavor of the food?
It was an interesting sake.
