Special Honjozo from the Hasegawa Sake Brewery in Settaya, Nagaoka City.
It is sold only in Niigata Prefecture, but I bought it at the NESPAS Niigata-kan in Omotesando.
NESPAS Niigata-kan is located in Tokyo and is a territory of Niigata Prefecture. We would like to ask for your understanding.
The aroma was slightly savory and cacao-like. Aroma: Slightly fragrant and cacao-like.
The flavor is a bit strong and light.
