ginjo sake with no added alcohol
This is one that I acquired directly from the brewery on my way back from playing on the beach in Chiba last month.
(It was a splendid shop.)
After much deliberation, I got the Hiyaoroshi!
Great answer. It's like a raw sake. It's slightly carbonated, slightly dry, and refreshing, with a bit of juiciness.
It's good.
