Takatsugu
Opened a bottle of Kumamasamune, a liquor store exclusive from Dewazakura Sake Brewery, which I obtained at a liquor store on my expedition.
The name "Kumamasamune" is derived from the brand name of a sake brewed by Seigoro Nakano, the father of Seijiro Nakano, the founder of Dewazakura Shuzo, who was a branch of the main family.
It has a clean, clean flavor with a straightforward quality and robustness. It has a pleasant lingering aftertaste, and is versatile enough to be served with Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes.
Bears in the city are frightening, but I would be happy to have a bottle of this bear on my dining table. Delicious ‼️
