The 5th Shinmame Festival, the 5th Kami Ongaku Mie Shinshu Matsuri㉜.
A group of people I met liked Kawatake Brewing, so we went back to the Horiyoshi Yatai area and the Yebisu Yatai area to have a drink after a long time.
◉amayadori prototype junmai nama sake
Impressively sweet and acidic, with a modern feel. The middle part of the bottle has a refreshing umami flavor. Easy to drink.
I wish I could have had some of the freshly squeezed sake.
