It has a fair amount of acidity, but that makes it quite drinkable.
However, due to the fact that the rice is polished to 70%, I am a little concerned about the miscellaneous tastes.
It is a junmai sake, but it is more expensive than junmai daiginjos in the same series, so it feels special.
