60%, 15 degrees, Sasanishiki, Junmai sake, clear and dry with a slightly sour taste and a gradual sake feel. I bought it on the way back from a mountain climbing trip, and it is the kind of sake that you want to drink in the mountains (if you can drink it at the top of the mountain) to get a better feel for it.
