When I was in Osaka, I had a lot of help(?) at an izakaya. Kiku Masamune's new brand Hyakumoku
I was curious about it because I heard it was only available in Hyogo Prefecture, but I was able to get it when I found out they started selling it nationwide last year!
I tasted Junmai Daiginjo and Alt.3, but I chose Junmai Ginjo for its cost performance!
Cold sake.
Refreshing lactic acidity of calpis and a rich caramel-like aroma!
Slight acidity.
Rich pressure but with a clean aftertaste.
It goes well with light dishes such as French cuisine, as well as dishes with a slightly strong flavor using soy sauce.
