donkunCompared to Sekimusume and Umikyo, it had a stronger umami flavor. Both were easy to drink and good sakes. さるたんAt an izakaya in Shimonoseki. It is said to be a sake to go with seafood such as fugu (blowfish). There doesn't seem to be much information out there about the sake level, etc. I certainly like the mildness of the flavor, which has a nice sharpness and does not interfere with the taste of fish.
