Bicchu tasted sake from Kinko's and Shinro Sake Brewery. I personally like this brand. It is moderately sweet and tasty, with a pleasant drinking experience. I think it is a truly delicious sake.

Bicchu tasted sake from Kinko's. This sake is made by the Kamiro Sake Brewery. Although I usually drink junmai sake, this bottle was a honjozo (pure rice sake). The slightly sweet and mellow taste is delicious! It is a truly delicious sake. I highly recommend it.

Bicchu tasted Kinko's sake. The unassuming label may be a forgetting of the front label? The taste is sweet and sour, yet mild and pleasant. It was also a very tasty sake. As a side note, I seem to be the only one who has posted a review of sake from the Kamiyu Sake Brewery on Sake-no-wa. I would like to hear other people's impressions. I think it is an unknown and delicious sake!

In Bicchu, we tasted sake made by Kanemitsu and Shinro Shuzo. I posted my impressions of the sake at the beginning of last year, but since then no one seems to have posted their impressions, so I'm posting them again after drinking it this year. I'm not a spokesperson for Shinro Shuzo, but I think it's a mellow and delicious sake, and I'd like to hear other people's thoughts on it...

For Bicchu, we savored the Asakuchi Kanemitsu sake. The name of the maker didn't come out right, but it is a sake from Shinro Shuzo. The taste is a little dense, with a good balance of umami and other flavors. It tastes best when it's cold and fresh out of the refrigerator. Because of its relationship with the Konkokyo sect, it is not often seen in Okayama Prefecture, but it is a beautiful sake with a higher quality than I imagined. I would like to see it appear on the stage more often.
