For Bicchu, we savored the Asakuchi Kanemitsu sake. The name of the maker didn't come out right, but it is a sake from Shinro Shuzo.
The taste is a little dense, with a good balance of umami and other flavors. It tastes best when it's cold and fresh out of the refrigerator.
Because of its relationship with the Konkokyo sect, it is not often seen in Okayama Prefecture, but it is a beautiful sake with a higher quality than I imagined. I would like to see it appear on the stage more often.
