In Bicchu, we tasted sake made by Kanemitsu and Shinro Shuzo.
I posted my impressions of the sake at the beginning of last year, but since then no one seems to have posted their impressions, so I'm posting them again after drinking it this year.
I'm not a spokesperson for Shinro Shuzo, but I think it's a mellow and delicious sake, and I'd like to hear other people's thoughts on it...
