We compared the frozen (kuromomi) and cold (chilled) versions.
The cold sake is slightly sweet and the umami has a strong presence.
The frozen sake starts out a little unique, but gradually becomes clearer, and as time goes on, it loses its edge and the lingering acidity becomes fuller.
Both are delicious as my palate is not delicate.
