Yamane no Minori with nothing on the label given to us after the sake brewery tour. Sorry, I forgot the details>The people I drank with.
This was also delicious!
The use of acidity was excellent, and I liked the slight sweetness in the sourness.
And I forgot to take a picture, or rather, somewhere in the third picture, the "cherry blossom honey sake" was outstandingly delicious, and when I was praising it as delicious and tasty, they gave me another one 😆.
Unlike the wisteria flower honey, this one is silky smooth. It's sweet but doesn't leave a residue in the mouth, and I'm confident that I can finish a four-pack of it! I always do 😆.
Of course it's expensive. I wonder if the cost of 7,000 yen was this one? >People I drank it with
The third one.
Did you put them in order of sweetness? Or in order of preference?
It was past last order, but I asked "can I have another one?" 😅I hope I'm not banned. I hope I'm not banned 😅 I didn't make a fuss...

Hi Choroki 😃
Yes, now that I read it again, I'm calling out that I don't remember 😆.
I think some people said this Yamane Minori was the best. Maybe 😂.
