Wow, boozy. Face-grimacingly so. A little sweet & quite fruity which, along w/thick texture, makes it smoothie-like. Retains distinct flavor profile of this brewery's offerings, incl hints of melon & apple. Better than most nigori, which I find undrinkable. Really rich & filling - took me the entire train ride from Inawashiro to Koriyama to finish the cup. Cheesecake-like finish if you wait long enough. ****
