This is probably one of the sweetest sake i’ve ever taste. But it is acceptable, not too over. There is some grape and pear like taste as well. Suitable for all.

Taste like white wine really, i can taste the grape and some melon. And i can detect the alcohol. I think this is a good match with the seafood.
