I am drinking honjozo tonight.
The aroma is pleasantly strong and fruity. I can smell tropical fruit that must come from CEL-19 yeast. Mouthfeel is very light. Not much sweetness. The sake is rather dry. Short finish.
I love the aroma that makes you want to drink it all at once. It is a solid honjozo with 60% polishing rate. Very food friendly and versatile.
I will try it warm tomorrow.
