I am a third generation Japanese living in Hawaii.  My first Sake, Dewazakura Ooka, started my quest to learn more about Sake.  Always tasting, always learning.

This is a very good Junmai!  Clean and refreshing with a light peach and coconut after taste.  There is good acid to cleanse the pallet.  I believe this is a blended Sake and is pasteurized at a lower temperature (nama-zume). I am happy to try their first blend, 001.
