金猫魔Nishikigoi Imadaiji is not "Kingyosyu" but a majestic "Nishikigoi". Even in the days when such sake was rampant, Imadaiji did not dilute it and shipped it. I took a tour of Imadaiji's brewery. The brewery uses 100% natural water from Suganadake, a famous brand of water in Niigata. Imayo Tsukasa is a sake brewery that also has products made in wooden vats, which is rare in Japan. It is close to Niigata Station, and you can walk there and have a paid tasting of about 20 kinds for 1,000 yen. The design of the Nishikigoi carp is highly regarded. The water tank in the photo is a display in the tasting room at Imadaiji. Submerged. It's beautiful, but I don't want to drink it! I'm sorry, it's not a picture that I want to drink. It has a fresh aroma, softness and sweetness. It has a clean, gentle, elegant and mellow flavor. It's delicious, and it would certainly make a great luxury gift. === Ingredients:Rice(Domestic),Rice malt(Domestic) Raw material rice:Niigata rice Rice polishing ratio:-%. Alcohol content: 17 degrees 720ml 5,500yen === ★★★★☆

金猫魔Good morning, Haruei Chichi! Numadaru, it's a sacred place for railways! I didn't know that! There are so many place names I can't read! Sweat. It's a beautiful building, and the staff were cheerful and easy going! I want to go there again in winter!

ごぉにぃごぉGood morning, Kincatoma-san. I heard that Imadaiji-san has a sake brewery tour. I think I'll go during GW... I have a Niigata license plate, so I won't be stabbed in the back...

金猫魔The 30th was a weekday, so there were no people there, so I was able to taste the wine slowly and without worrying about being crowded! Maybe it's a hole in the wall!

ごぉにぃごぉImadaishi, you are very particular. It's also expensive. When I visited the brewery once, I bought a bottle of sake called "Fuku (blow) Sakedaruma"? I bought it as a wish for my daughter's advancement to the next grade.

金猫魔Gonyi-Go-san, Fuku-Sake, champagne-like raw sake, I'm curious...! It's a bit expensive, but there's some good sake here. Please be careful when you go out!
