April 2019 at Suijinen, a Japanese restaurant at Jindaiji Temple in Chofu, Tokyo. After the first sake tasting I was taken to, I visited & dined there with my friends.
The brewery is Aburicho Sake Brewery Co. in Gosho City, Nara Prefecture, a very long-established company founded in 1719 (Kyoho 4).
