Green apple-like aroma. Mild sweetness. Watery mouthfeel and smooth taste. Easy to drink. It goes down smoothly.
Umami. My favorite.
Purchased at a convenience store attached to Asahi Village Hall. A special product of the Asahi Village Tourism Association. Miyamanishiki harvested in the village is used. This is the second year for this product.
Sales channels are being expanded to Matsumoto, Shiojiri, and Yamagata Village. The business is booming.
It is said to be selling better than last year. In fact, it is so good that I am ashamed of myself for thinking that it was just a village development project.
