Today I'm having a drink with a childhood friend 🍺.
We were going to drink in Numazu, but because of the Nankai Trough warning, we decided to go in front of Fuji station to avoid a tsunami 🤨.
There is a famous sake bar "Oto zakari" in Fuji city, but it was closed 😓.
Well, here we are at Kudokibe. This is the first time to drink it. It has a fruity and sharp mouthfeel, but the final sharpness is just right and doesn't erase the sweetness. What a nice salted plum 🙆.
I thought it was similar to Shizuoka's Shoyuki, so I compared them later, but Shoyuki seems to take everything with its sharpness at the end 🤔.
My childhood friend who works at a liquor store lamented that after Corona, this brewery stopped distributing Kudoki-ueitate.
