Cold Sake ★★★★
The aroma is gorgeous and the taste is soft and smooth. Sake-like and umami flavor. No acidity. When it gets close to room temperature, the sweetness is felt more strongly.
When paired with a fatty meal such as chateaubriand, it has a delicious flavor that blends well, but it does not have the sharpness that would allow it to be washed down. It is better with a light meal or on its own.
