I drink too much😅.
Kariho to finish.
This is the driest sake so far!
But it's also a delicious sake with a good umami taste!
We are exhausted from the snowy road trip, but we drank a lot tonight, too!
Tomorrow, we plan to take it easy and go to Yurihonjo to visit the Snow Kayasha!
I decided not to drink Shinsei on my trip to Akita, I had to.
But I can't help it.
If they had a sake like this on tap, I'd drink it (though the price is stellar).
I often drink Shinmasa No.6 or so in Matsumoto, but I'd still like to try something rare!
Compared to the usual sweet and sour type of sake, this one is more hard-core, and the sweetness is more in the back.
I've never felt the alcohol taste that makes me feel a twinge, and it seems dry rather than sweet and fruity.
It was a valuable experience to know that Shinsei also makes this kind of sake!
Of course, it is delicious!
Crisp and dry sake
Sourness and astringent sensation lingers for a long time
Beautiful aroma with a twang, and of course delicious umami.
Just the right amount of dryness and reassuring sweetness.
The crispness and umami taste is the best!
Kiritanpo and damakko are also delicious!
I was taking pictures of the menu and they served me a bottle 🙏.
Third glass of Hiduyoshi!
A little dry, but with a strong umami flavor typical of Akita sake!
The combination of local cuisine and local sake is the best!
So the second drink is at Drunken Rakuten, Akita Haru's place 🤔.
The menu says it's light and dry, but it's got a nice umami flavor, so it's not just light and dry!
Definitely delicious, Akita's best!
The second day is Kawatan, Akita.
It's Sunday, the end of the year, and many stores seem to be rather closed!
The first cup was "Takashimizu" because it is in Akita!
It was refreshing, yet had a gentle flavor!
This sake is too good for Akita! らI don't like it much! It's refreshing and simple, but has a fuzzy aftertaste! knichIt has a subtle spiciness that enhances Akita's local cuisine. Mutta79461283The flavor is brought out by the Yamahai brewing process.
It goes well with Iburi Gako! canolaKodama Jyozo Junmai Daiginjo
It is delicious. Very tasty.
I heard that it is not distributed very often.
I'm glad I could drink it. In Akita, Japan. kubota40It's a good price! I will savor it slowly. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
