It smells of banana. but in the mouth it is slightly effervescent with an apple aroma. The mouthfeel is soft, dry and refreshing on the tongue. It leaves a numb feeling on the tongue. Delicious.
Taking advantage of the Obon vacation, we are challenging the Kanagawa Sake Brewery Tour Stamp Rally.
We went to an izakaya in front of Hon Atsugi Station in search of Kanagawa's local sake. The food was delicious and the sake was very good, with a selection of famous and rare brands.
However, there was not a single local sake from Kanagawa. There is nothing wrong with the restaurant! It was just my own expectations!

The enburi was wonderfully delicious.
I searched for "sake-no-wa" and found that it is a PB of Koyama Shoten in Tokyo.
I can only imagine what local fans are going through.
