This No. 1 has a subdued impression. It may or may not be a mature Okura, and people who are not used to Okura may or may not be able to drink it. Well, it is an Okura after all.

I compared No. 8 and No. 1, and I was surprised at how different they are depending on the yeast. The No. 8 had a strong acidity, as if to say, "This is the quintessence of Okura! I have to buy this one and take it home.

Sake made with S.sake, the world's oldest yeast or something. It is a little different from the usual Okura sake, with plenty of umami, acidity, and a strong sweetness. It is a sweet, umami acid sake that is different from mizu-hashiroshi. I like Okura after all!

It's cool and refreshing, just like a summer brew, but it's still full of flavor. However, the body is a little weaker than the other Okura lookalikes. It's better to drink it straight from the rocks with a glass of chilled liquor than on the rocks👍️.
