たかさん
This is a commemoration of my visit to the Mimine Shrine in Chichibu.
It's been a while since I've had an alcoholic drink.
I had it cold at first.
It's easier to drink than I imagined.
It has a mellow mouthfeel, and although there is alcohol, you can feel the sweetness. I don't feel the sharpness so much.
Next, I rented it and served it hot.
The alcoholic sensation envelops you. This is what a heated sake should be like.
The dry taste of the sake has changed completely.
I usually drink junmai-shu cold, but sometimes I want to drink heated sake.
