Stopped by this soba restaurant on a whim to enjoy seiro & saké 😆.
Sweet & astringent taste. A tangy sensation that goes down your throat.
The clear ginjo aroma is irresistible.
When I drink it with soba noodles, the astringent taste disappears and I feel more sweetness. As expected, it is kept at a soba noodle shop. 🙂↕️
