changing for the better Quite nice aroma, like fresh fruit. Sticky and alcohol-derived numbness on the tongue. A bit of bitterness stands out. When ice is added, it transforms into a sweet, soft, and refreshing taste. A great sake that can be drunk endlessly when paired with a meal. Umeyesu. Perfect for summer. Takaten recommends high alcohol content sakes, including this one, to be drunk on the rocks. The locals also serve regular sake on the rocks, though. Purchased at a sake brewery. The urban area of Okaya. A killifish and three whoopers, the toji's hobby, greet you. No names yet. Last time, there was only killifish.

changing for the better Soft. Aroma of lactic acid. Dry sake that you will never get tired of drinking. Purchased at the sake brewery. Medaka (Japanese killifish) greeted us at the sales floor. It is said to be the second most shipped sake in Takaten. It is also sold at supermarkets.
