I went to Nakajima Brewery in Mizunami to pick up a bottle of Kozaemon freshly pumped nigori sake.
After returning home, we immediately tried it.
After about 10 minutes of adjusting the gushing sake, I finally tasted it and it was as fresh as I expected,

Sweet. Saliva-inducing sourness. Woody, melon-like aroma. Bittersweet. Numbness on the tongue. I like it because it is unique.
