I went to Nakajima Brewery in Mizunami to pick up a bottle of Kozaemon freshly pumped nigori sake.
After returning home, we immediately tried it.
After about 10 minutes of adjusting the gushing sake, I finally tasted it and it was as fresh as I expected,
The taste was as fresh as expected. ❗️

Slightly sweet with a refreshing taste. Light and tasty.

As a first time drinker of Kozaemon, I was recommended a standard Kozaemon sake. It was my favorite one.
