ニセコ忠 純米吟醸 Niseko Nakagokoro Junmai Ginjo
Smooth, easy to drink dry with a little fruity tanginess and mildy sticky sweet finish. This is a good Food Sake, I’m enjoying it with カキフライ,だし巻き卵, & 寿司 (Kaki-fry, Dashimaki tamago & sushi)
This Sake also has a nice story. Niseko Shuzo collaborates with a local high school to teach the kids the process of making sake. From growing the Suisei rice locally to brewing the Sake.
