Ingredients: rice, rice malt Rice polishing ratio: 55 Yeast used: Kumamoto yeast (KA-1) Sake meter degree: +6.5 Acidity: 1.7 Alcohol degree: 16 Impression I found a bottle of drunken whale that I had always wanted to try and ordered it. It was delicious, light and dry. Unfortunately, it was sold out in my order and I could only drink one glass 😢.
