Sweet. With a cheese-like aroma. Not too sweet, but not too strong. Light for a sake at 13 degrees, but it is easy to drink and very smooth.
Participated in Nada Gogo Kura-opening on 1/25 from 11:00 to 16:00 at Koshien-mae. A good time to talk with the brewery staff just before the end of the event.
The brewery is famous for "One Cup Ozeki" sake. The brewery is huge. Is it a brewery or a factory?
