としひこSummer excursion. We went to Nikko Yumoto Onsen and enjoyed the hot spring. Unfortunately, the weather was so bad that we went directly to the hot spring resort without any sightseeing 🤣 I wonder what the weather will be like tomorrow.
So, we had a local Tochigi sake with dinner. I drank the same sake last year, Sawahime's Kasumi Sake. It has a gaseous taste and even though it has a high alcohol content, it is easy to drink. としひこDay 2 at Oku-Nikko Yumoto Onsen. The Inoue Seikichi Shoten in Utsunomiya offers a sake🍶 that is limited to the Oku-Nikko area.

It's not really a special sake, but it's a very tasty sake. It goes well with teppan-yaki Date chicken.
