Second cup. It is another brand of Takagi Shuzo, which brews Toyonoume. It was very easy to drink, with a smooth, light and dry taste 🍶. I had it with bonito tataki and it was great 🙆‍♂️ I want to go to Kochi... 🤣

After visiting Luminarie. I had my first glass of Suwa's local sake, Toyooka. It is a very typical local sake from Shinshu with a slightly sweet and gentle taste and a sharp taste at the end. 🙆‍♂️ It was a good sake 🍶.
