I bought this sake after asking the clerk for a recommendation for hot sake. It was not made with rice polished to 75%. Drinking it without heating it up would be disrespectful to say it is a normal sake, but when heated up, the strong flavor spreads in the mouth. It is a sake with a strong taste that will appeal to those who want to drink it cold.

Daiginjo called "Uragin". The meaning lies in the picture on the label. The label of "Gin" is reversed in black and white. It is made from 30% Yumesansui rice, which is a rice suitable for sake brewing, and has a clear but good taste. I was proud to say that it was perfect for a New Year's sake to take to my parents' house.
