Back to drinking at home 😀. New raw sake from Daisetsuken in Nagano Is the Hakuba mountain range the model? Fresh and piquant. It has a sourness that runs from the muscat flavor, but it's easy to drink even though it's 17 degrees. It's easy to drink even though it's 17 degrees Celsius and goes down smoothly 😊. Good evening, Harry! I like this better than trout sushi 👍 It definitely goes well with sake ❗️. Hakata's yellowtail is also delicious, but I think Himi yellowtail is the best in Japan❣️

Manatchi, kabura-zushi changes in taste and price depending on the fish inside. There are also mackerel, salmon, etc., but Himi yellowtail is the best❣️. It has a short shelf life, so I recommend eating there 😊.

Chichi, I agree with you! Trout sushi is delicious, but souvenir sushi 🍣, and kabura sushi is perfect with fresh sake. Does Hakata also have yellowtail swimming in? Sesame mackerel is also delicious😋!

Good evening, Harry! I know a lot of home drinking is in Nagano, and as a former resident of the prefecture, I appreciate it 😊. I heard someone used that metaphor for Muscat and sourness in Gokotsuru, but is it a characteristic of Nagano sake? I guess it is a characteristic of Nagano sake.

Joe, are you a former resident of the prefecture? My father is from Nagano 😅 There are so many Shinshu sake, I got hooked on Mikotsuru, was fascinated by Shinshu Kamerei, and visited many breweries and liquor stores 😊 If you haven't tried Mikotsuru, you should definitely try it, except for Gohyakumangoku 😅.
