The magician of astringent bitterness.
Suitable for food and drink, and full of a solid sense of chivalry (laughs) 😆.
Deeply flavored.
It has a strong rice flavor and acidity.
The bitterness is also good as a mid-meal drink.
I tried to match it with cod hot pot 🍲, no complaints: ‼️
When heated up, it tastes more dry, but still has a robust flavor: ❣️

Today's lunch was Tenichi 🍜.
Not max, but normal rich with level 1 red powder.
Surprisingly spicy which I like 😘.
I found out that the spice is a blend of 3 types of chili peppers: habanero, tenkyo, and korean, plus sansho and black pepper 💕.
It's a good spiciness and perfect for kotto: ✌️
